Google Calendar

These instructions were taken from:

Unlike Google Maps, to add a calendar you have to create a Google account. Go to http://calendar.google.com. If you don’t have a Google account then click on the Create Account link. If you do have one (your Gmail info username and pass will work) then sign in.

  1. Login to Google Calendar http://calendar.google.com and if you haven’t already, create a new calendar just for the website. Add events to the calendar. You can do this by clicking on the day or clicking "Create Event" near the top right of the screen.
  2. Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of your calendar name and select "Calendar Settings."screenshot of link
  3. You will then see a window with all of the settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the HTML button.screenshot of calendar setting and HTML button
  4. You will then get a new window that is the calendar configuration tool. Set up the calendar how you want and then copy the HTML code.screenshot of Calendar Embed Helper page
  5. Go to your webpage and paste it into the place where you want it to appear. If you are in Dreamweaver make sure that you are in the Code view when you do the pasting.
  6. Here are two examples of calendars. Remember these are now dynamic. If you change the calendar the changes will appear on your site.

Another Example

You can choose Agenda view to just show a list of events like this
